Kreos 8009 introduced at Dusseldorf
The Laika Kreos 8009 is built on an 150HP Iveco Daily 65C chassis (as standard) and with a total length of 8.29 metres. It has automatic transmission (as standard) and self-levelling pneumatic suspension (original Iveco, also as standard).
The unique lighting system specially created for Laika allows the user to control not only the brightness of the light but also the range of colour temperature, from the coolest to the warmest – all by remote control! Moreover, the lights of the living area and sleeping area can be adjusted independently, so you can create your own perfect ambience in each area of your motorhome.Lighting is well-placed and on multiple levels, with lights above and below the wall units and along floor level.
The cab has extending entrance steps on both Driver and Passenger sides – another Laika exclusive!
The Kreos boasts an extra-large door. The Laika ‘Welcome Home’ system, which operates the entrance step and activates the external and internal lights by remote control.
The living area has the option of a 32″ pull-out TV.
The kitchen has quality worktops, retractable coffee machine holder and oven over the fridge (as standard). The “Grand Chef” kitchen is available as an option on A-Class Kreos, with built-in oven, grill and microwave oven.
The rear twin beds measure 200cm × 85cm with height-adjustable headboard, plus a sliding door at the foot of the bed, which ensures maximum privacy. There are wardrobes and hanging rails and large automatically-lit drawers, positioned under the two beds. Also, as with the other Kreos A-classes, the shower cubicle cleverly features removable shelves that allow it to be used as a wardrobe when not in use! Storage on the new Kreos 8009 extends to the maxi locker in the sub-floor, heated and accessible from both sides, to permit the greatest ease in loading and unloading operations.
