Dethleffs Trend updates its 2020 range

Dethleffs Trend

The Trend has become a bestseller within Dethleffs’ range of motorhomes. This is hardly surprising, as the Trend is impressive when it comes to quality and the number of features – factors that cannot be taken for granted in this price class. For the new model year, the low profile and A-Class models in this best-selling series have received two new layouts – a popular single-bed layout with a generous rear garage and a queen-bed layout with a trendy seating lounge. Neither layout exceeds seven metres in length or a permissible total mass of 3.5 t. The largest family member of the series, the Trend coachbuilt A 7877-2, has been rejuvenated for the new model year and now sports a chic look, improved details and additional practical accessories.

New layout: Trend T/I 6757 DBL

This queen-bed layout features a seating lounge and is designed for motorhome enthusiasts who have perhaps fallen in love with the T or I 7057 DBL, but prefer a vehicle under seven metres in length. The new Trend T / I 6757 DBL fulfills this wish perfectly. The T/I 6757 DBL is 695 cm long with a MTPLM of 3.5 t. The absolutely modern and novel arrangement of the seating lounge with opposite longitudinal benches imbues the vehicle with an extraordinary feeling of spaciousness and creates ample freedom of movement. Another highlight of this layout is the large bathroom, which can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. While the A-Class models include a pull-down bed as standard, the T 6757 DBL is optionally available with a pull-down double bed.

New layout: Trend T/I 6617 EB

This layout made its debut in January 2019 at CMT in Stuttgart. It is a popular, compact layout with single beds, an overall length of 696 cm, a permissible total mass of under 3.5 tons, as well as a large rear garage, which can hold all sorts of bulky holiday equipment thanks to a generous payload capacity. The Trend T/I 6617 EB features a large bathroom including a shower cubicle, and creates a greater feeling of spaciousness as you enter the vehicle thanks to the uninterrupted view. The low profile variant can be ordered with an additional (pull-down) single bed as an option. The A-Class model comes with a pull-down bed for two adults on board as standard.

The Trend A 7877-2 in new splendour

At 860 cm, the longest Trend family member not only gets a visual upgrade for the new model year, but also shines thanks to many new, practical details. “Family” is the keyword for this coachbuilt model, in which up to six people can travel and sleep. In addition, its raised floor makes it a true winter specialist – perfect for year-round trips. With a maximum permissible total mass of five tons, this motorhome offers families extra space and a more than generous payload capacity.

For the new model year, the coachbuilt family variant of this popular model series has been redesigned to appear fresher and more modern. Inside, the warm Virginia Oak wood decor has been reduced in some areas and replaced with a new decor, Welsh White. The PVC floor now shines in a bright grey natural tone, and the laminate finish on the table and work surface has been visually adapted. The new kitchen rear panel in lacquered Plexiglas is backlit, giving the kitchen a glamorous atmosphere. Improved details and additional handy accessories add the perfect finishing touches to the interior, such as the MultiFlex rail system in the kitchen, chrome-effect coat hooks and brackets, as well as the fabric-covered closets and bathroom accessories. This gives the interior an even more stylish look – and makes the Trend A 7877-2 even trendier.
