German Austrian border on the Leiblach river

This film shows what a modern European border looks like : it is completely open and the only things that show it was once a border are different looking signs and empty customs posts.  The two countries are divided by the Leiblach, a 33km long river which flows into Lake Constance.  To the north is the German town of Lindau and to the south the Austrian town of Lochau.  And parked in Austria is my motorhome - about to take me over the Alps!
