Record year for Adria

Adria Mobil achieved another record year in 2018 and are on course for good growth in 2019 as well. Operating two recreational vehicle brands, Adria and Sun Living and the Adria Home mobile home business, the Company is part of the Trigano Group. For 2018 16,000 units were sold and turnover exceeded 440m euros, with record financial results.

Market shares of Adria products in the competitive European recreational vehicle market grew in season 19 (Sep18-May19), with very strong 23% growth in registrations of motorhomes and vans and steady growth of 9% in caravans. Caravan market share grew to 7,5% despite some capacity constraints and to 5,5% for motorhomes/vans in overall slower growing EU RV market (+5,3% in Sep18-May19 period).Van sales of Adria grew particularly strongly thanks to the introduction of the new generation Twins, including the European Innovation Award winning due to its outstanding innovative solutions.

Adria Mobil, based at its state of the art factory in Slovenia, operates successfully as part of the Trigano Group, with autonomy and independence in product development, sales and marketing, helped by synergies in purchasing, technology and best practice sharing.

Adria Mobil’s continued strong growth is buoyed by strong recent markets in Europe and its controlled expansion outside of Europe.

 “Our growth comes from sustainable development in products - brands -distribution as an equilibrium and our core believe of our business model. In fact we have achieved over 16% average annual growths in sales for the last five years and successive record sales and financial results each year since 2014.

With the new generation of Twin vans launched in the autumn of 2018 Adria sales in this sector have grown significantly thanks to the unique offer in terms of interior design, our innovative lounge and sun roof, panoramic windows solution and a great selection of equipment and layouts.

For season 2019 we had our most successful ever trade fair sales, when all our motorhome, caravan and van models were all well accepted by consumers and this translated into strong sales throughout the last twelve months.

Our focus on design, innovation and quality is relentless, continues to grow both the Adria and Sun Living brands also with new product innovations in s20 offer. We put attention to all product categories bringing 13 new product stories to the market with season 20, some of them will be outstanding again”.
