Breakfast in the van

I eat rather unusual things as I believe in functional nutrition.  In this case we have lentils with coconut and flax seeds.  Other ingredients include garlic, onions, turmeric, lemon and chili pepper.  I do not eat this everyday, I most commonly have eggs or beans.  However I eat breakfast quite late - as a rule it is closer to lunch time than breakfast time and I usually only eat twice a day.
